Lead Partner

Prior to founding Zizzigee Partners, Roger was Senior Vice President of the Performance Chemicals segment at Aceto (NASDAQ: ACET), covering the Agricultural Protection and Specialty Chemical business units.  As SVP, he set direction and had P&L responsibility for the worldwide sales and marketing team.  Roger has been involved in all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing through sales and marketing, including importing, inventory management, and price setting.  Roger has been recognized as a thought leader for business processes that make sales and marketing teams more efficient and effective, including developing strategic plans, developing new leads, marketing the value proposition, implementing of ERP systems, measuring the metrics of success, and analyzing the way in which the internal processes of a company affect a company’s reputation.  He has travelled extensively in China, India, Japan, and Europe for over 20 years. Roger holds an M.S. in organometallic chemistry from the University of Rochester and a B.A. in chemistry from Dartmouth College. He has received leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership.
